We strongly recommend the customer be present for both delivery and pick up. This allows us to make direct contact with the customer and ensure the boxes are not damaged or stolen after delivery.

In the event the customer is not present for the delivery, we will use our reasonable judgement to complete the delivery, which may include a contactless drop-off. However, we are not liable for any damaged or lost crates delivered to the point of contact without the customer present.

If we cannot complete the delivery for any reason after using reasonable efforts, we reserve the right to charge a $50 rescheduling fee.

No. We could recommend trusted moving companies, but we only deliver and pick up the crates from your residence.

If you cancel up to 24 hours before your delivery date, there’s no charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery time, we charge $50.

Our crates are extremely durable and have a low chance of being damaged under normal usage. If a crate is damaged or lost, we charge $35 to replace a large crate, $60 to replace an X-large crate, and $70 to replace a dolly.

Yes. However, due to the logistics of not having expected crates In storage for more planned deliveries, we charge the full amount of the package price.

Unfortunately, we do not allow individual modifications to the packages. If you don’t need an included item, you’re welcome to let us know, but the price remains the same.

Our crates are sanitized and disinfected before each delivery.

Yes. The price of the crate depends on the size, $35 for large crates and $60 for X-large crates. The dollies cost $70 to purchase.

Yes. We completely understand that plans can change quickly. However, we require a 24-hour notice if you need to delay, advance, or cancel your crate delivery.

If we arrive to deliver and there’s been no notice to modify the reservation, you will be charged a $50 fee.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds if this occurs. We do our best to give you the exact number of crates required based on the size of your home.
